Who we are
PitPoti is a small digital marketing team based in Bangkok, Thailand. This policy covers our internal analytics dashboard and this website.
What we collect
We do not collect personal information from visitors to this website. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, no tracking cookies, and no analytics scripts.
Our dashboard connects to TikTok accounts that we own and operate. With the account holder's explicit authorization, it retrieves basic profile information, follower and engagement counts, and a list of published videos with their public performance metrics. We do not collect data about other TikTok users, viewers, or commenters. We do not access private messages, and we do not attempt to identify individuals.
How we use it
The data is used solely to review the performance of our own published content. It is not resold, redistributed, licensed, or made available to any third party. Access to the dashboard is limited to our own team.
Storage and deletion
Retrieved data is stored in a private database and retained only as long as it remains useful for reporting. Authorization can be revoked at any time from TikTok account settings, after which we stop retrieving new data. On request, all stored data can be deleted.
Third-party platforms
Data retrieved through the TikTok API remains subject to TikTok's terms and policies, and we handle it in accordance with those terms.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
